Shipping:
Orders will ship in two business days or less. We use USPS or Priority Mail and Fed Ex depending on the size of the order.
Free Shipping on orders over $300.00 US only.

Rush Orders:
If you have a rush order, please let us know, before you place your order, so we can adjust the shipping costs and send a request for money via PayPal (rush orders do not quality for free shipping).
International Orders:
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We label all International Orders as “Printed Craft Patterns”.
Downloads or PDF are not available for wholesale orders.
General:
We do not accept returns on books or patterns except on damaged shipments (keep all packing materials until the shipper verifies the damages). Please call if you have a problem with your order or encounter a mistake on our part.
