Ordering Policies, Shopping & Privacy Notice
Payment: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS, in addition to checks, money orders and PayPal.
Returns: We do not accept returns on books or patterns except on damaged wholesale shipments. Please call if you have a problem with your order or encounter a mistake on our part.
Shipping: Most orders will ship in one to two business days. If you have a rush order, please note it in the comment box when placing your order.
International Orders: A handling fee of $3.00 will be added to your order, in addition to the basic shipping fees posted. Please specify air or ground when you checkout. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shopping Cart Guide:
Shop or browse 24 hours a day! You don’t have to sign in just to visit the site. When you have completed your selections, click on the View Cart button to review your order. You can delete items or change quantities while on the View Cart page. Select either the Secure PayPal Checkout, Phone Checkout or Check /Money Order option when you are ready to checkout.
If you are paying with a credit card, please note that your name and billing address should match the records of your credit card otherwise your order may be delayed. If you are ordering by phone, call us with your credit card information after you have completed the order form. We will have a complete record of the items you are ordering and of your shipping and billing address. You will only need to tell us your credit card information, since we have a secure log-in answering system on which you can safely leave your credit card information and be assured that only authorized personnel can access your personal information.
Wholesale Orders: For first time orders please call us at: (623) 214-2311 or contact us via e-mail at:susiecshore@aol.com so we can set up a wholesale account. Then you’ll be able to log-in with your wholesale account number and shop anytime, view all the items and see the actual wholesale price(s). Select payment terms at checkout.
Wholesale Minimums: First order minimum is 12 items (multiple titles allowed but at least 3 items per product title).
Re-orders - 3 per title.
